1. How to purchase at a wholesale price?

All of our items are wholesale priced. So, to purchase at a wholesale price you need to create a wholesale account. 

Contact us at 713-459-0384 to request an application form.  As soon as we receive the requirements information we will be forwarded to the next steps.

2. Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we require a minimum purchase of $5000 on the first order.

3. Do I need a Federal Tax ID/EIN number to sell your products?

Yes, you must provide a valid Federal Tax ID/EIN number at the time you register if you're registering from the United States. We require this as we are wholesalers and only sell resellers of our products.

4. What is a "Federal Tax ID" or "EIN"?

An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number and is used to identify a business entity.

5. How do I get a "Federal Tax ID" or "EIN"? 

You may apply for a "Federal Tax ID" or "EIN in various ways, and now you may apply online. This is a free service offered by the Internal Revenue Service.

6. Do you have a store or showroom where I can come in and purchase or see your line?

Yes, Our showroom is located at 7500 Bellaire Blvd #220 Houston, TX 77036 / Office Hours Mon-Fri 10:00 AM-6:30 PM

7. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept CREDIT/DEBIT cards and wire transfers. Orders can be shipped C.O.D via FedEx to locations in the U.S for approved accounts.

8. Can I return a defective/unsatisfied product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order due to a damaged/defective/unsatisfied product.  We’re happy to help. Just contact us directly at 713-459-0384 as soon as you receive the package and we’ll take you through the process.

9. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Please contact our customer service for more information.

10. How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping time depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days to arrive. If you are local you can come to our office to pick up your order or next-day shipping. Delivery details will be provided via text/email.

11. What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, such as FedEx and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
